A wire is strung around the board, and then a single pulse is sent out. Due to certain patterns repeating that initial signal, the board soon is covered with signals flowing down wires. This uses the Wire world rules.
There are 4 states: dead, electron head, electron tail, and wire. Cells that are in the electron head state will become an electron tail; cells that are in the electron tail state will become a wire again. Wires that have one or two neighbors (Cells 1-8) that are in the electron head state will also become an electron head.
